18 months of misery and
degradation
For 18 months I’ve
been refused parenting time with my son.
The reason – I wanted
to divorce my wife, who:

Refuses
to work or study
·
Refuses
to have more children
·
Was
arrested for harassing a 7-year old child*
·
Was
warned by police not to leave my son unsupervised next to
the window on the 8-th floor*
·
Had
left my son for 4 hours without medical attention with a one inch open
cut on his head.*
Another reason – I
refused to go to forensic evaluation at WJCS. Here is why:

The
court order for it was expired**
·
The
court order for it was backdated by Judge Sam Walker or forged
by WJCS**
·
The
court order was illegal (it did not guarantee access to
the secret report of the pro-se litigant)
·
The
court order contained false statements**
·
WJCS
refused to give me any info or statistics about the evaluations.
Conflict of interest - the same organization runs a women advocacy
service**
·
The
“evaluator” anyway wrote a secret report to the court where
she (without ever seeing me) qualified me as “paranoid”. I was not able
to access this report until recently and after my divorce trial
started**
During these 18
months Michail was:
·
Deprived from education (stopped from the Bulgarian and WP Presbyterian
Church school that he used to attend)
·
Brainwashed. He was counseled (i.e. interrogated) by a child counselor
who works for a women advocacy agency. When he refused to admit that I
hit his mother in front of him the “child counselor” concluded that
“something is holding him back from telling what he saw”**
·
Moved
from our White
Plains
apartment to a place in the Bronx where he lives
with his mother and her brother**
·
Unable
to communicate with his father – The corrupt “Judge” Neary keep
insisting that my son knows English and we are prohibited from speaking
in our native Bulgarian during the supervised visits.**
Well judge, my son
knows the shapes, the colors, words like bird, frog, zebra, his English
pronunciation is just great, but he does not know the words tooth, brush,
nail, neck…

Used to
extort money from his father ($250 a week for supervised visitations,
$2000 a month in child support and alimony, $20000 for my wife’s
attorneys, money for psychiatrist, evaluators, lawyers, etc)**
