Seven months ago my wife set up a domestic violence incident. (Probably with the help of her attorney lover) Despite her obvious lies, the witness testimonies and the fact that my wife was arrested a year ago for pinching a child, she managed to throw me out of my home and take sole custody of our son. Immediately after the incident my wife stopped my son from going to school and since then neglected numerous court orders to resume bringing him to school. My son is isolated, brain washed and deprived from education, thanks to the laziness of Judge Walker who never took measures to enforce the execution of these court orders. For the last 5 months I was able to see my 5 year old son in average 3 hours in a month. Without any hearing the next day after the alleged "incident' my wife was granted a sole custody of my son. Ten days after the "incident" my wife claimed in a sworn statement that my son was "afraid of me", therefore I was allowed only supervised visits with my son once a week at YWCA. A month later after a few YWCA visits, the agency presented a report, saying that my son is not "afraid of me" - instead when he saw me for the first time after the 3 week separation "he smiled, hugged and kissed me". But this was not enough to get regular visitations: One day before the court hearing my wife reported to the WP police that she saw me twice in Galleria Mall and in WP City Center (3 ways before Christmas in a 8 day period). So instead of getting regular visitations, I was charged with stalking and jailed.

Three months later as a response to my consecutive plea for parenting time my wife played another card - she stated that she is afraid that I may kidnap my son since in a letter to an YWCA official I stated that "I will do everything possible to be able to see my son". Judge Walker agreed that "everything possible" includes kidnapping (perfectly logical!) and as a result I was ordered to surrender my passport before getting 4 hours per day visitations with my son. Judge Walker didn't bother to answer my questions how come I could get my son out of the country if his passport is in possession of his mother and why don't they simply call the State Department and inform it not to allow my son to leave the country. As an allegedly "battered" spouse and "poor person" my wife has 3 lawyers, all free (all taxpayer sponsored; matrimonial, domestic violence and immigration). In addition two DA act de facto as her lawyers, fighting against me in a two ridiculous criminal cases. From the other side judge Walker ordered me not to use my savings to fund my defense, because those were marital assets. Judge Walker was very upset and somehow surprised that I've chosen to be pro se on the matrimonial case (I hire already two criminal lawyers in the states of NY and CT). It is simple, Judge: my salary allows me to spend no more than $1500 a month for lawyers, and my monthly legal average is $3000 for the last 5 months. The fact is that there is thriving domestic violence industry, funded by taxpayer’s money and sponsored by corrupt judges that use taxpayer's money to get vocal support for their election campaigns.
